We went to see a Chinese doctor yesterday. The doctor didn’t speak English, so I had to translate some of the things to Scott after we went home.

Me half jokingly: So I was asking about why I suddenly grew so many grey hair, and the doctor was saying my heart is less strong than ideal, so my circulation isn’t as good. Therefore, most of my blood doesn’t reach my head, so it can cause hair loss and grey hair problem at this age. And I was tempted to ask if it would help for me to put myself upside-down for a bit everyday. Hahaha~

Scott: Yeah, maybe! Like bats! They sleep upside-down and they don’t get grey hair!
